Luke Macfarlane was born on January 19, 1980 in London, Ontario, Canada as Thomas Luke Macfarlane Jr. He is an actor, known for Brothers & Sisters (2006), Kinsey (2004) and The Memory Book (2014).

Luke attended Lester B. Pearson School for the Arts Elementary School, followed by Central Secondary school before being accepted into Juilliard for acting.
